有一次
一个顾客点了一杯:

我几次焦糖没撒漂亮
那位小姐说:"well
it's not what i expect... but it's ok i'll take it." 我说:"oh i am sorry miss
i will definitely make it again" 我把刚做好的那杯倒掉. 再做了一边. 她尝了还是觉得不够好.于是我又做了2边. 最后
她终于开心的接受我做的第5杯.

因为我们的点一直都有很多人.但是这个例子正说明了星八克的文化:我们做世界上最好的咖啡.因为这件事
我没被批评
还被店长表扬了.
我接受训练的那些日子
每天要喝几十杯咖啡.自己做了喝
再和老师做的.对比后
倒掉
重新做.虽然是浪费.但是就是这样的训练才让每位BARISTA都优秀.
