The US government issued a proposal to change the definition of a showerhead in an effort to let more water flow
following plaints from President Trump.

Under the definition proposed by the Department of Energy
each showerhead included in a product with multiple showerheads would separately be required to meet the 2.5 gallon per minute standard established in the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
