Microsoft's bid rejected
Microsoft on Sunday said ByteDance will not be selling TikTok's US operations to the pany.
"ByteDance let us know today they would not be selling TikTok's US operations to Microsoft. We are confident our proposal would have been good for TikTok's users
while protecting national security interests
" Microsoft said in a statement.
微软在一份声明中表示：“字节跳动今日已通知我们，不会将TikTok美国业务出售给微软。我们相信我们的提议将在保护国家安全利益的同时有利于TikTok用户。”
