史话0 83 早期派员来华之宣道会  

     1807 年马礼逊抵华，以后就陆续有更正教师前来。那些差会派员呢？兹按抵华时间之先后，录出宣道会之名，迄至 1865 年（就是马雅各医生在台湾拓教之年）。表记 M.S. 是 Missionary Society （宣道会）之缩略。   1807 年，伦敦宣道会（ London M.S. ）； 1827 年，荷阑宣道会（ Netherlands M.S. ）； 1830 年，亚比丝喜美总会，又称美部会（ American Board of Commissioners for Forejgn Mssion —是以公理会为主所组成者）；美国浸礼会（ American Baptist Board of Foreign Missions ，后又称 American Baptist Missionary Union ）； 1835 年，美国圣公会（ Board of Forejgn Missions of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the U.S. ）； 1837 年，英国教会（ Church of England M.S. ）； 1838 年，美北长老会（ Board of Foreign Missions of the Pres byterian Church in the U.S. ）；以上是「南京条约」以前，中国禁止传教。     1845 年， 大英浸礼会（ Baptist, M.S. ）； 1847 年， 巴色会，后称崇真会（ Evangelische Missions-gesellschaft zu Basel ）；礼贤会（ Rhemische Missions-gesellschaft ）；美南浸信会（ Board of Foreign Missions of the Southern Baptist Convention in the U.S. ） ， 安息日会（ Seventh Day Baptist M.S. ），美以美会（ American Methodist Episcopal M.S. ），英国长老教会（ Foreign Mission Board  of the Presbyterian Church in England —   就是南部台湾基督长老教会之母会）。      1848 年，监理会（ M.S. of the Me,thodist Episcopal Church in the Southern States of America ） ； 1849 年，瑞典宣道会（ M.S. at Lund, Sweden ）； 1850 年，加色会（ Cassel M.S. ）； 1851 年，巴陵信义会 （ Berliner Missions-gesell-schaft ）； 1852 年，循道会（ Wesleyan Methodist M.S., England ）； 1853 年，中国福音会（ Chinese Evangelical Society — 1862 年改组为内地会）； 1855 年，荷兰中国福音会（ Netherlands Chinese Evangelical Society ）； 1858 年，大美荷兰归正教会（ Board of Foreign Missions of the Dutch Reformed Church in the U.S. ） ，波美拉尼亚中华传道会（ Mission Union for the Evangelization of China in Pomerania ）。        1860 年，英国浸礼会（ Baptist M.S. ）；巴黎法国改革教传道会（ French  Protestant M.S., Paris ），大美长老会（ American United Presbyterian Mission ）； 1862 年， 内地会（ Chinese inland Evangeli-zation Society ），英国福音传播会（ Society for the Propagation of the gospel in Foreign Parts ）； 1864 年，英国联合美以美会（ United Methodist Free Church M.S. in England ）； 1865 年，苏格兰长老会（ Mission Eoard of the United Presbyterian Church of Scotland ）。
