Dwight ·Davight David Eisenhower was born on October 14, 1890 in Denison, Texas, USA. His father is a system-milk-factory worker with seven children and he ranks third. He graduated from the West Point Military Academy in 1915. He graduated from the 61st place in the class and only got the rank of Sergeant Major. After serving in the 19th Infantry Division of St. Anthony, Texas, the rank of ensign.

In 1925, he studied at the Staff School and the Army Military Academy. From 1929 to 1932, he served as special assistant to the army minister.

Assistant to Chief of Staff MacArthur from 1933 to 1939. After the United States participated in the Second World War in December 1941, he was promoted to Major General by Marshall as Director of the Operations Planning Division. In 1942, he served as commander of the US military in Europe and commander of the Allied Army in North Africa. He was promoted to lieutenant general and general. In 1944, he served as the Supreme Commander of the European Allied Forces. He successfully planned and directed the Allied forces to open up the Normandy landing campaign in Europe's second battlefield and was promoted to a five-star general. In 1945, following George & middot; Marshall served as the Army Chief of Staff.

Retired in February 1948, served as President of Columbia University until 1953 (but has been absent from the 1950s and served as Commander of NATO).

In 1952, as the Republican presidential candidate, he won the election and became the 34th president of the United States. In 1956, he re-elected to win the election and reelected the president.

died of heart disease in Washington, March 28, 1969.
