I love reading and I have read many books. My favorite story is Cinderella.
The characters(人物) in the story are Cinderella(灰姑娘), her stepmother, o stepsisters, a fairy godmother and a prince. The story is about a beautiful girl, who with the help of the fairy godmother, was able to go to the ball(舞会). There, she fell in love with the prince, got married and lived happily ever after. This is my favorite story because it is interesting and it teaches us to be kind and not to be wicked like the stepmother and the o stepsisters. There are many fascinating(吸引人的) and colorful pictures too in the book.
I admire(钦佩) Cinderella very much for she is a kind and beautiful girl who had never done anything bad to anyone.

读万卷书，行万里路，想必，大家都一定有自己喜欢的一本书吧。我也不例外，但我喜欢的书有很多。有：《三国演义》因为这里面成功的塑造了诸葛亮，一位精通天文地理的小说人物，以及周瑜，张飞等等。但我最喜欢的还是《智慧背囊》里的故事了，里面把故事分成一则一则的，每读完一则故事后，都会告诉我们一个深刻的道理。有告诉我们要尊老爱幼的，还有团结友爱的，互相帮助的……但我最喜欢的还是里面的一则故事，名字叫《选择生活》里面讲有三个人要被关进监狱三年，监狱长满足他们每人一个要求，美国人要了三箱雪茄，法国人要了一美丽女子陪伴，而犹太人只要了一部与外界联络的电话。三年过去了，第一个冲出来的是美国人，他满嘴都是雪茄的，大声叫道：“给我火，给我火。”原来他忘记要火了，第二个出来的是法国人。他手里抱着一个孩子，手里还牵着一个孩子，女子还怀着一个孩子，最后出来的是犹太人，他出来后，紧紧地握住监狱长的手，激动的说：“这三年来，我每天都与外界联络，生意不但没有停顿，反而增长了百分之二百，我要送给你一辆劳斯莱斯。”

我有一本《少年百科知识问答》，它是爸爸送给我的生日礼物，我非常喜欢这本书。

二）
我最喜欢的一本书是周国平的《人生哲思录》，主要可以分为以下几个方面：
《超脱》――周国平提倡人需要重视精神活动，需要给自己的心灵或精神留有一定的空间，而不是每时每刻都被琐事所占据。
他不反对事业和忙碌，但需要与自己从事的事情适时适当地保持一定的“距离”，我就是我，遭遇是遭遇，惊浪拍岸，卷起千堆雪。我自己也非常喜欢的一个诗句是“荣辱不惊,看庭前花开花落;去留无意,望天上云卷云舒”，很有意境，也很佩服主人的韬略。
超脱是要与忙碌保持一定的“距离”，距离产生美；给心灵一些空间和时间，来回味体会自己最近做的事情。但超脱又不能过于深刻，完全脱离于忙碌和世俗，游离于人间肤浅之外，甚至遁入空门，也不是最佳境界和结果。
《自足》――讲的也是空灵。和作者一样，我的性格也是两个方面；一个好动，想尝试各种新鲜和好奇，想体验人生各种可能；一个好静，经常对自己的所作所为进行反省。记得好长时间的习惯是晚上睡觉之前回忆自己一天的事情，分析得失和利弊，有日省吾身的习惯。也经常一个人夜深人静时在小区的广场里度步，任凭思绪万千，想人生想爱情想婚姻想事业想友情，好像好多问题都在那个时刻想明白。我另外一个习惯是画和写，怕自己的脑袋容量不够用，把困扰自己的事情写出来或画出来，分析权重或排序，将一些好像很重要很紧急很棘手的事情通过这种方式取舍掉。
《独处》――我给属下经常讲的一个词是“慎独（慎重独处）”，和周先生提倡的独处不是一回事。D教授告诉我安静也是一种享受，我才幡然醒悟，但她没有体会还有惆怅或一丝忧愁和伤感的独处，我认为是一种缺憾。七年前在布鲁塞尔的一个教堂里，我独自一个人（其他人都上街闲逛去了）在教堂角落的一个椅子上安静地坐着，那种不可言表的氛围和奇妙感受我至今难忘，简直是一次心灵的洗礼和冲击，由此也痛恨国内的教堂是那样的简陋和人声鼎沸。
我也喜欢一个人周末在躺椅上沐浴在阳光下悠然看书喝茶的感觉，也渴望一个人住在大山里没有电话骚扰没有熟人滔滔不绝地交流自己安安静静地呆著的感觉。经常体会外面下著雨坐在窗户下或车里，看着外面绿油油的树木和庄稼，或想着自己失败的初恋情人或想着去世的父亲心里泛出一股淡淡的惆怅。
