今天要讲的是我喜爱的诗歌，那么首先就得说说我喜爱的诗人。“我只愿面朝大海，春暖花开”，是的，很多人都熟悉这首海子的《面朝大海，春暖花开》，海子原名査海生，是安徽怀宁人，15岁进入北大，19岁进入北京政法大学工作，25岁在痛苦中结束了自己的生命，很多人都不理解他的选择，更不理解他结束生命的方式为何如此残忍，是因为人们不理解他的痛苦，我们可以从他的诗歌中去试着理解。
《明天醒来我会在哪只鞋子里》说不能放弃幸福，《麦子熟了》是父亲与三叔的见面，唠的却是麦子熟了，《亚洲铜》里是在找寻自己的归宿，《春天，十个海子》算是遗言吧。他写村庄，写麦子，写秋天，写死亡，他被神祕所吸引，他把神祕用自己的笔写出来，其实，神祕只在人们不曾注意的生活中。麦地/别人看见你/觉得你温暖 美丽/我则站在你痛苦质问的中心/被你灼伤/我站在太阳 痛苦的芒上/麦地 神祕的质问者啊/当我痛苦地站在你的面前/你不能说我一无所有 你不能说我两手空空。在这首《答复》中，他的背景也是麦地，他炙爱着麦地，炙爱着他的生活和生命，但现实给予他的总不是所期待的样子，他觉得不对劲，他觉得愤怒，但他只能小小地争辩，别无其他。的确，他热爱生命和生活，不然他不会总是走在路上，结伴而行也好，独自踽行也罢，他驻足在青海湖边思考，在德令哈度过一个安静想念的夜晚，到四川去见想见的人，他年轻，他可以去到想去的地方，但也只是去想去的地方，因为那些地方所载的是信念，是信仰。
还有一位诗人也是不错的，“人生若只如初见，何事秋风悲画扇。等闲变却故人心，却道故心人易变”，纳兰性德的《木兰花令》，他的诗易懂却也意境深幽，可赞的更是他的性格，不骄不躁，坦率却又浪漫多情，能文能武，实属难得。清朝康熙年间，他的词更是家家得而吟之，“家家争唱<饮水词>，纳兰心事几人知”。

Suess is never an aident. It is always a result of confidence aim and hard work. Man has been in this world for millions of years. His journey from an ape to Neanderthal to homosappiens to man he is now is a process called evolution. In beeen all these years man has never been stagnant. He was and is still doing progress in all the fields. The desire to go ahead had always been there which never let him stagnant. Hard work was also there, but the most important thing he had which played a major role in his progress was confidence. Yes confidence that he will be able to do it was the key to life. Whenever we will look at the history of mankind, we will observe that it was only the men with confidence who have sueeded. Galileo the famous scientist was considered as a mad person when he discovered earth as round. But it was his confidence about his own findings that made his way. History shows that people who have been confident about themselves have never been defeated in life. We have heard many stories about Mr. Amitabh Bahhan, the great actor had not bee a star in one night. Even he had his share of failure in the initial stages of his career. Many directors rejected him. BUT HE HAD CONFIDENT IN HIS TALENT WHICH HAD TAKEN HIM TO THE HEIGHTS HE HAD CLIMBED. I know that HARD WORK HAS TO BE there IN ANY FIELD. But when we are confident about anything we automatically do hard work for it. The desire to get things done, the eagerness to find a way ahead es from the confidence within ourselves. Remember we cannot do anything about the length of our life, but we can do something about its width and depth. We have many times seen that people without confidence often tend to have failures in life. So many students fail in their exams, even if they have all the knowledge. They are not confident about their capabilities which results in their failure. Even adults, when it es to work, if they are not confident about their own project it results into lack of presentation and lack of knowledge as our grasping power also lessens if we do not believe in things. We should always have a positive attitude toward life which increases our confidence. Remember sunrays do not burn unless they are focused. Confidence is not thing which is inbuilt in us. We have to build confidence in ourselves. I know that it takes time but it es when we start doing things gradually, be independent in our own work, consider our mistakes as steps to suess and correct them. Just sitting idle doing nothing will not do whatever be the case. For this I would love to share some of my experience. I was in standard fifth when I took part in English set speech. Although my speech was good at that time, I was not at all confident that I will win. Rather I was sure that I will lose. I practiced my speech properly, but I was very frightened. On the final day, my speech was the last one. Everyone came delivered their speeches and then it was my turn. I was very nervous and also fall out of confidence that I just stood on the stage for five minutes without saying a word. Obviously I lost, but then I understood this way it will not work. Next year I again took part in the English set speech and with full of confidence with intention that I will win. I delivered my speech and as I thought I won. The ic was,’ my first experiences with cycling ‘. Still I remember that. From those incidences, I learnt that keeping proper desire in mind, right amount of confidence and thus always lead suess. As famous psychologist William James have said,’feel brave, act as you are brave and suess will be yours'.

We are in a quite fortable mode in our day life.

Thus, the small return will not be able to meet the people's need today
We need to make huge step to get more advancement.

previouly, everyone thinks that the phone is just a tool to make call, to receive message.

Till our great genious, Job Bruce came out with the great idea of iphone.
He finally made a product, that change the people's mind about phone.
He changed something that is unchangable and therefore he is sucess.

In short, in order to achieve suess, we must always be ready to change the unchangable.

奉献是教师的第一选择，是我们面对国旗举起右手之时所作的庄重承诺，也是我们对党和人民多年培养教育的一个回报。我们好书记孔繁森、李润五同志就是用自己的一生高唱了一曲奉献之歌。作为一个普通人，他们完成了自己平凡人生的升华；作为一名斗士，他们实践了自己对党和人民的承诺。奉献是人生的最高境界，是高尚者的一种欲望，是无私者的一种享受，尽管选择了奉献，也许就意味着选择了艰苦、平凡、寂寞、贫穷甚至危险。

我们选择奉献，就是要保持本色，想人民群众之所想。一名教师，其可亲、可信、可敬之处,便在于能保持一种平凡生活，平凡心态，平凡语言，实实在在地为教育办实事，全心全意地与学生共忧乐。遇利要讲先后，处事要有节度，大话、空话不说，高调、陈调不唱。“德在人前，利居人后”。
做人难，做教师更难，难就难在能否永远传到、授业、解惑的本色，能否始终坚持为教育服务的宗旨，能否始终坚持为人民无私奉献。“但得苍生身俱饱暖，不辞赢病卧斜阳。”教师并不是一种称呼，而是一种奉献和牺牲。
作为一名教师，我们选择奉献，就是扎扎实实从身边的一点一滴做起，用对日常工作的高度热情和极强的责任心，为更多的学生服务，切记个人利益服从集体利益，在共产主义理想的引导下，为学校辉煌的明天而奋斗！
