I most likes food is beef, so my lunch is a lot of vegetables and beef. After that I eat some fruit. In the evening, I am a fish and soup for dinner. I can't eat too much, it will gain weight. I will watch TV or go for a walk after supper. I usually go to bed at nine forty.
