丹麦人也用米饭，但并不是主要的主食。
反而是用米饭做的甜点更出名，其中最出名的就是丹麦米冻Risalamande
米冻上还会放热的樱桃。

Risalamande is a version of rice pudding. It’s served cold and topped with hot cherries. When eaten at Christmas time
there is an almond hidden somewhere in the batch and whoever finds it in their bowl wins a prize. Things can get extremely petitive looking for that one almond.
