WE'VE HAD A lovely heaave in Ireland this summer
but our temperatures were nothing pared to those experienced in other parts of the world.
In China
they’ve been experiencing record highs
with a temperature of 40.8° recorded earlier this month
so they’ve had to get creative when it es to keeping cool.
One trend which has emerged is that of children wearing suits made of watermelon.

Apparently parents have been posting photos of their kids in melon-y attire on Weibo
although reports indicate that dermatologists don’t remend it.
Frankly
we just wish they made watermelons large enough for us to wear.

for us to sit inside
