Second-hand transaction isenjoying an enlarging market nowadays. Some people are in favor of second-handtransaction while others take an opposite side. As far as I am concerned
wecannot afford to ignore the chance to turn the waste into treasure and accessto affordable products.
现在而搜交易市场的规模越来越大。有些人喜欢二手交易，然而有些人持反面观点。就我看来，我们不能无视变废为宝，还有买能支付得起的产品的机会。
Onthe one hand
second-hand transaction obtains approval from both sellers andbuyers. Firstly
in the seller’s eyes
the products which little or no use tothem but still have the potential to be used by others
which turns the wasteinto treasure. Secondly
from the buyer’s side
some of them can not afford thenew products they need urgently. Thus
buying secondhand goods is a veryeffective and provident approach. On the other hand
the demerits ofsecond-hand products are as plain as Salisbury
and the most obvious oneconcerns the quality-related issue. Some of the second-hand products are ofinferior quality or just fake goods that are brought from the unscrupulousbusinessmen.
就一方面来说，二手交易能让卖家与卖家都获利。第一，在卖家的眼里，那些对他们只有一点，甚至一点用都没有的产品有可能别人用得上，这就能变废为宝。第二，从买家那边来看，有些人支付不起他们急需的新品。因此，买二手商品是一个有效，节省的方式。从另一方面来看，二手商品的缺点显而易见，最明显的就是质量问题。有些二手商品非常劣质，或有些根本就是从无良商家那里买来的伪劣产品。
Therefore
it is quite clear that second-hand transaction has merits as well as demerits. However
we should admit that the former oueighs the latter
so I suggest thatrelevant department could and should establish regulations and laws tostandardize the potential market of second-hand transaction.
