the meat
poultry and fish are grilled using the volcano's geothermal heat. The dormant volcano doesn't spew lava but bursts enough heat or hot vapor to cook dishes.

The manager Julio Padron said the heat reaches "beeen 450 to 500 degrees Celsius."
