②没有必要抛开原卡片上的提纲而另起炉灶，在白纸上重新起草一个新的提纲，这也是一种得不偿失的做法。因为考生只有一分钟的时间整理思路，这和写作文完全不同。最有效的手段应该是把笔记完全建立在卡片提纲的基础上，在一分钟之内尽量把卡片上的4点提纲扩充在白纸上。实践证明，这种方法是行之有效的也是一分钟之内完全可以做到的。试想，如果考生只有4点提纲那么每一点要讲到15秒以上才能讲到一分钟，但如果考生有多达8点甚至更多的提纲，每一点只须讲到8秒钟就可以达到目的，而且考生们的讲话会显得很有逻辑。
