让我们走进灾区的农田看看吧:在被干旱撕扯开一道道深深的口子的大地上,稀稀拉拉的小麦等农作物在烈日下舔著开裂的嘴唇,苦苦煎熬;高高的玉米杆上,长著的是光秃秃的棒子…据报道,2009年至2010年,云南、贵州等地的干旱,让3700万亩小麦3128万亩受灾,其中绝收超过1000万亩。云南省就小春粮食一项因灾减产50%以上。
