一、左派联合起来的重要性必要性和紧迫性　　

目前，左派们必须要提高认识，中国已经到了决定命运的关键时期。但是，左派力量依然是分散着的，尚未形成合力。左派光有分散的战斗，没有联合整合更是成不了气候。　　

资产阶级靠资本、靠窃取公有财富、靠投降帝国主义、靠剥削无产阶级向左派进攻。全世界无产阶级必须联合起来才能摆脱被剥削被剥夺的命运。　　

剥削阶级不会自动吐出窃取所得，党内的修正主义不会自己否定自己。必须通过斗争，才能取得胜利。左派必须联合起来、必须用马列主义毛泽东思想武装头脑，必须与无产阶级相结合，必须联合和联合无产阶级，必须把阶级的批判提升到阶级的斗争才能赢得社会主义保卫战的胜利。　　

倘若左派不能有效地联合起来，倘若左派不能联合工人、农民和无产阶级知识分子，不能团结党内多数马克思主义者等，只是依靠左派自己分散的力量来和帝国主义汉奸与走狗、反社会主义的资本主义、贪官污吏、修正主义、官僚主义做斗争，那是绝对要败下阵来的。当务之急，左派必须首先联合起来！革命的左派一定要认识到这个问题的极端重要性和紧迫性。　　

二、左派联合和斗争的对象　　

马克思主义者历来高度重视并注重扩大革命的统一战线。　　

现阶段，左派联合的对象是：党内外真正的马克思主义者；工人阶级、农民阶级、无产阶级知识分子，一切拥护公有为主体社会主义的中国人。　　

左派斗争的对象是：帝国主义买办汉奸、反对社会主义的资本家、反对社会主义的官僚资本家、反对社会主义的共产党资本家、贪官污吏、中共内部的修正主义分子、剥削阶级在政治和知识界的代理人（精蝇）、官僚特权主义者等。　　

三、左派联合的旗帜　　

左派联合起来的旗帜是：融合了毛泽东公有公正人民当裁判的思想和邓小平公有市场竞争思想的更加科学的社会主义的旗帜！这就是公有为主体的、公有公正公平公开竞争、自由民主平等人权竞争、和平友谊快乐荣誉的竞争、市场和底层人民当裁判的更加科学和民主的社会主义旗帜！我把这称为奥林匹克社会主义的旗帜。　　

四、左派当前的任务　　

1、恢复和创建更加强大的公有经济基础。　　

一是恢复农村三级所有的集体经济联合，实现真正的以集体经营为主体、农户家庭承包经营为补充的双层经营体制。争取在较短时间内培植一批华西村、南街村式的新型农民公有经济体。　　

二是恢复发展城市公有企业的主体地位。限制私有剥削经济为主体。力争在较短时间内培植一批海尔式、能进入世界500强式的富有竞争活力的公有经济体。　　

三是切实加强对农村和城市公有资产的管理和监督。强化和设立城乡各级公有资产管理委员会，公有资产管理委员会由城乡各级中共委员会和各级人民政府双重领导。　　

2、维护保障无产阶级的领导地位。　　

一要禁绝资本家加入共产党。对于已经是资本家的共产党员，在做好细致的思想工作的基础上，由他们自愿选择：或者放弃剥削，保留党籍；或者不放弃剥削，劝其退党或自动丧失正式党员的权力。对于作后一种选择的人，退党后要作为统一战线中的团结对象，教育他们通过合法经营为祖国建设事业贡献力量。　　

二是对拥护社会主义的资本家可以竞选各级政协委员。严格限制资本家竞选各级人大代表，严格禁止资本家竞选各级政权机关的领导人。　　

三是通过公有公正公平公开竞争、底层人民当裁判的办法，选拔大批的工农兵优秀分子进入各级权力机关。　　

3、强化底层人民群众的话语权和监督权。　　

一要将“大鸣大放大字报大辩论”四大自由以底层人民独享的形式重新写入共和国的宪法，并赋予新的时代内涵。进一步明确，四大自由，是底层人民独享的四大自由，各地各级各类中上层的政治、经济、文化、科技当权派，没有四大自由的权力，只有接受底层群众四大自由的义务。要明确，新时代的四大自由，既有现实的四大自由，更有媒体上和网络上的四大自由。并制定具体的可操作的保障措施，缓解和消除当前底层人民群众与当权者各种权力上的极不对称性！　　

二是坚持“人民的媒体人民办、人民的声音人民扬”。反对资本家创办或控股媒体、网站。对不为底层无产阶级说话的媒体整顿或关闭。要坚决阻止剥削阶级和帝国主义的走狗在中国办媒体、办网站、开沙龙、开座谈会、开讲座，宣扬复辟资本主义和为剥削阶级服务的理论。如果媒体网站有帝国主义背景，有反社会主义资本家的背景，有贪官污吏的背景、有剥削阶级政治和知识界精蝇的背景，就要坚决地、无条件地、旗帜鲜明地、毫不客气地限制它们的存在，决不允许其泛滥。　　

三是严格审查媒体、网站、新闻机构、会议机构的出资人的资格与身份，符合人民利益的就允许，不符合人民利益就禁止。对维护保护底层人民和无产阶级利益的言论要扩大其自由，对反人民的、颂扬剥削阶级的言论要剥夺限制其自由。
