猪肚150 克午餐肉1 听豆腐皮250 克

调料:
啤酒350 克 菜油200 克(约耗135 克)
beer 350g vegetable oil 200g
猪油100 克 豆瓣酱30 克
lard oil 100g
thick broad-bean sauce 30g
泡姜片30 克泡辣椒节40 克
pickled pepper 40g
蒜瓣10 瓣 老姜50 克
garlic clove 10pcs ginger 50g
花椒15 克白糖25 克

制法:Cook method:
1. 将鸭子除去内脏、抓尖、嘴壳、去尽残毛,洗净,用纱布搌干水分,
