比如学生从三年级开始学英语，第一课时你就这么讲，read after me跟我读。加个课文加上课堂用语其实也没几句的。说上一个学期，下个学期这些课堂用语你不说中文他们也明白了。
我是一名英语代教，而且是一名农村英语代教。根据我的亲身经历如果同一个老师能从低段一直教到高段那么这个班的整体英语成绩不会太差。但现实就是农村老师变动太大，新考进的年轻人一结婚就想调走，老教师又该退休了。我们这些代教又不固定。这是人员不固定，然后又是口音不固定，80后上学时基本学的都是英式英语，现在教材又好多美式英语。
