个人简历
1990年和1995年在兰州大学生物系分别获学士和硕士学位;

2002年在中科院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所获得博士学位;
1995年-1999年,在兰州大学生物系任教(讲师);
2002年-2004年挪威农业大学(现挪威生命科学大学)化学与生物技术系博士后;
2004年-2012年上海交通大学生命学院任副教授;
2006年-2007年在法国里昂第一大学微生物生态学实验室(UMR CNRS 5557)访问研究。
2013年- 上海交通大学生命学院,微生物代谢国家重点实验室 研究员
2006年起担任中国微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员,上海市微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员。2011年起任上海市微生物学会理事,《微生物学通报》编委, PLoS ONE、Research in Microbiology等国际SCI刊物及国内多个核心期刊的审稿人。

科研成果
近几年主要从事环境微生物生态学的研究工作。先后主持两项国家自然科学基金项目和863重点项目子课题、上海市国际合作项目、上海市农委重点攻关项目、教育部回国留学人员启动基金等科研项目,还承担其它横向课题。开展了对焦化废水这一难降解工业废水的微生物群落的深入研究,通过以喹啉反硝化降解反应器为模型揭示了菌群结构和特定基因组成及其变化规律;特别关注Thauera属细菌这类重要的污染物分解菌,创建了一套分析Thauera属细菌的方法,为研究重要降解功能菌奠定了良好基础;在分子标识物引导的群落内关键菌群的分离技术方面有所创新,并分离了一批反硝化降解菌,研究了这些降解菌的特性。与挪威农业大学合作研究农田土壤系统中反硝化菌群与氮循环关系,揭示了反硝化基因表达与调控机制。还对油藏极端环境的微生物生态学开展了探索研究,提出一些独特的观点。在国内外刊物上发表论文60余篇,其中SCI论文20余篇。获上海交通大学晨星学者、优秀教师等奖励。现任中国微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员,上海市微生物学会理事。
