我是武汉科技大学黄家湖校区09年本科应届毕业生，刚拿到毕业证和学位证，最近正在跑大学生创业小额担保贷款的事。在小额担保贷款方面，国家确实是有政策，但大部分都是形式，真正像我这样需要的大学生反而受不了益。现在我来简单分析一下：
第一点：再就业优惠证。政策规定需要再户口所在社群办理再就业优惠证，就是相当于找不到工作的一种证明。试问：如果你在大学里学有所长，有一定能力和才华的人毕业后怎么会找不到工作？？？以我为例，我在09年春节的时候就已经和单位签约了，工作还很不错，空余时间也比较多。 我想利用空余的时间做自己的事情，也就是创业。 但是和单位签约了就办不了再就业优惠证，也就是真正有能力而且有自己的创业理想的人反而办不了贷款，仔细想想，滑稽至极！可笑至极！
第二点：户口。 政策规定贷款人的户口必须是武汉市常住人口户口。天啦，这个规定真是太厉害了，卡死了很多人，非武汉市本地大学生毕业后户口托管在武汉也只是武汉市的集体户口，不能落户，非武汉市本地的学生毕业后想贷款，可见不是一般的有难度！
第三点：担保人。要求在武汉市有固定房产，稳定住所，月薪2000以上的最基本条件。试想：如果那个人和你非亲非故，人家为什么要帮你担保，你能给人家多少好处？？？人家可是在拿他的房产做抵押，拿未来两三年的收入做抵押啊，仔细想想，人家凭什么要替你做担保？？？？？你敢保证你投资的专案100%的赚钱吗？？？？？
第四点：办理手续。其实这相对来说还是最简单的一点。尽管手续异常复杂，持续的时间可能是两三个月，但是只要能贷到款，跑断了腿也还是值得的啊！
我今年才22岁，可是父母已经是五十多的人了，而且常年有病，只能在家务农，为了我的学业已经奔波劳累了一辈子。其实像我老爸老妈觉得身体状况在家也是务不了农的，但是没有办法，为了我的学业，还是在田地里操劳，真是于心不忍。最近我爸又检查出得了癌症，由于一直没钱治疗，拖到现在已经是恶性晚期，医生说剩下的时间也不多了。同时，留给我的时间也不多了。
所以，我迫切的需要改变！
可是我没钱，家里人都不知道我边工作的同时也在创业，知道的话也没有什么办法，帮不了我什么忙，只会是更加的担心，所以我选择了保留。

We will start by talking about the merits of advertising. Firstly, advertising is informative, which provides the customers with a quick aess to the product needed. Take me as an example. I am a new resident of Guangzhou, a metropolitan city located in the south of China. At the very beginning when moving to this city, I did not have a clue about where to purchase all of the necessities for my newly-bought flat. Thanks to the ads on TV and in newspapers, amazingly almost all of the items ranging from furniture to household appliances were settled within a week. Secondly, consumers can expect to have a best price by paring and contrasting the prices and specifications of the modity advertised by different suppliers.
However, advertising involves some defects and I would like to list o of them herein. It's an undenied fact that students break the balance beeen their jobs and studies, especially when they fall into conflict with each other. But I think students should spend their spare time taking part-time jobs. Only following this principle can they benefit from their part-time jobs.
